Application for Vendors

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Christmas Market as a vendor, maker at Living Waters World Outreach on December 2nd, 2023. We are excited to have you join us for this event!
  1. Review the information below PRIOR to populating this vendor application. All applicants are encouraged to study the Vendor Guidelines for participation available below in order to determine whether Joy to the World Christmas Market and Festival is an appropriate venue for their business PRIOR to applying. By submitting an application for consideration, the applicant agrees that they have read, understand and agree to adhere to said guidelines if selected to participate at Joy to the World Christmas Market and Festival.

Guidelines for participation:
  1. VENDOR’S FEE: $0
  2. MARKET AND YOUR BUSINESS: Vendors must comply with all governmental regulations, statutes, ordinances regarding public safety, health, welfare including but not limited to product labeling laws and required licenses. It is also a vendor’s responsibility to collect any applicable sales tax on all sales at the Joy to the World Christmas Market and Festival. Joy to the World Christmas Market and Festival will not provide vendor insurance.
  3. BOOTHS REQUIREMENTS: Each space is 10' x 10' and requires a white tent. Please note that white tents are necessary for the event. Tables alone will not suffice. We provide only the space. You are required to bring white tent, tables, chairs, display materials, etc. 
  4. BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS: Booth assignments will be determined by market management. On the day of the market event, the market manager will show you to your predetermined booth space.
  5. BOOTH CLEANLINESS: Vendors must keep a clean area in and around their booth spaces throughout the day. Dumpsters are available, but it is the vendor's responsibility to clean up and dispose of their own trash. Smoking is not permitted in booth spaces, your or any others, during market hours. Smokers must go to areas around the perimeter of the market. 
  6. SETUP: Setup hours are from 7:00am to 8:30 am. All vendors need to plan travel, offloading and setup time so you are FULLY and COMPLETELY setup, ready for sales at 8:30. The 8:30am setup deadline will be strictly enforced. The market officially opens at 9:00am. Be courteous to vendors setting up beside you.You may only set up on the morning of the market, not the day before the event. 
  7. BREAKDOWN: All vendors are required to be set up by opening and remain set up until closing. Vendors who sell out must remain set up in full for the duration of the market with no early breakdown unless approved in advance by market management.Vendors may breakdown their booths no earlier than 5:00pm. Vehicles are allowed to enter market area when safe of market customers. Please be cautious at all times. The vendor’s booth should be sized-down, broken-down and minimized including tent BEFORE bringing the vehicle onsite. Be courteous to other vendors beside you. 
  8. ELECTRIC ACCESS: Electricity provided by request. Only approved vendors can access electric. Vendors are responsible for electric strips and extension cords. 10 gauge cords are recommended. High amperage equipment like space heaters is not permitted. Market Management reserves the right to limit or deny electric usage if it is deemed to interfere with market operations. 
  9. ONSITE TRAFFIC: No vehicles permitted on areas of market operation between 8:30am and 5pm unless authorized in advance by market management.
  10. WEATHER: Event will be held rain or shine. Joy to the World Christmas Market and Concert will operate in all weather conditions. The only exception is in the event of a declared State of Emergency impacting the immediate area, at which time Living Waters World Outreach may elect to cancel and notify vendors in advance. 
  11. BOOTH FEES AND CANCELLATION: Please notify us by email for cancelling participation in the market prior to the start of the market. This will give us the chance to offer the opportunity to other vendors.
  12. GENERAL ITEMS NOT PERMITTED FOR SALE: 
    • mass produced, used or secondhand items
    • Orders Only booths
    • Live Animals
Our commitment to offering our guests a diverse and high-quality selection of products means that we prioritize handcrafted, high-quality items over mass-produced goods.

We welcome joint applications, so you can share a booth with other makers.
Email is the primary form of communication with market management.
Please note that space is limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee a spot in the market. By submitting an application for consideration, the applicant agrees that they have read, understand and agree to adhere to the documented guidelines if selected to participate at Joy to the World Christmas Market and Festival. All market applications will go to a Market Review & Selection Committee. The review process can take from one week  to two weeks. If you are accepted, we will notify you by email and  you will be officially accepted as a vendor.
